Headmaster Don Barfield

His thirty-four year career in education includes experience at both the public and private Christian school levels. Twenty-eight of those years have been in administration.

He received his bachelor's degree in secondary education from Southeastern College and in 1976 received his masters degree in administration and supervision from the University of South Alabama.

He helped found the Florida League of Christian Schools and served as its first vice-president. He also helped found the Christian Schools of Duval County and served both as Vice-President and President.

He has been a conference speaker, served on Regent University's Graduate Educational Program Advisory Board, was an adjunct instructor at Southeastern College, and participated on various accreditation committees. Don and his wife, Sandra, have three sons.
