For Lower and Upper School Admissions, please note the following:

Selection Consideration

1. Admission is based on availability of space, prior school records, personal interview and performance on entrance exam.

2. The student's attitude is important. Does he/she want to come to Providence?

3. Students who are admitted to Providence School must agree to adhere to the Christian philosophy of education and all policies outlined in the Parent/Student handbook.

4. Providence School does not discriminate against students of any ethnic origin in its admission or educational policies, athletic programs or other school- administered programs.

Admissions Procedures

1. Contact the Admissions Office for an application packet at (904)223-5270 ext. 2117.

2. Complete the application

3. Contact the Admissions office to set up a campus tour and/or admission testing.

4. A letter will be sent to you indicating the results of the evaluation and the status of your application. If your child meets the academic requirements, please contact the Admissions Office to set up an appointment for a family interview.
