Chris Mullally
Mrs. Chris Mullally has taught at Providence School since 2002 and teaches Senior Bible, English 12 Honors, and Advanced Placement Literature and Composition. She is a graduate of Carson-Newman College with a B.A. in English and holds a Master's degree from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, she has taken other graduate classes at the University of Hawaii, the University of New Orleans, and Barry University. She has over twenty-five years of teaching experience on both the high school and college level. She was the Upper School Teacher of the Year 2006-2007 and is a member of Mortar Board, a National Honor Society, and of the National Council of Teachers of English.
She has been married to her husband Jay for 29 years and has two children, one who teaches at Providence and the other who is in graduate school at Georgia State University. As a product of Christian Education herself, Mrs. Mullally's desire is to see students who are "wise as serpents and gentle as doves" in a world that needs Christ. She and her husband are active members of Eastside Community Church.
