Providence Stallions Spirit Week - 2009

Calendar of Events (Designated Dress Letter, PDF)

• Monday, October 19th - Dress Theme: “Decade Day”!
• Tuesday, October 20th - Dress Theme: “PJ Day”!
  • “Homecoming Chapel” - Featuring the testimonies of the Senior Homecoming Court in the Providence Gymnasium beginning at 8:31 am.
• Wednesday, October 21st - Dress Theme: “Wacky-Tacky Day”!
  • Grades 9th—12th will enjoy a High School “Stallions Lunch Social” at 12:00 pm on the Athletic Fields in the Football Stadium!  The students will need to bring extra money to purchase the great food, drinks, snacks, and desserts that will be made available by Steve Callahan and the Senior Class.
  • At 1:15 pm, all Middle School and High School Faculty/Staff and Students will report to the Providence Gymnasium for the “Volleyball Championships” between the Junior and Senior Men.
• Thursday, October 22nd - Dress Theme: “Country Western Day”!
  • Grades 9th—12th will enjoy a High School “Stallions Lunch Social” at 12:00 pm on the Athletic Fields in the Football Stadium!  The students will need to bring extra money to purchase the great food, drinks, snacks, and desserts that will be made available by Steve Callahan and the Senior Class.
  • At 1:15 pm…..All Middle School and High School Faculty/Staff and Students will report to the Providence Gymnasium for the “Senior Auction”!
  • The “Powder Puff Championships” between the Junior and Senior Women will begin at 7:00 pm on the Providence Football Field!
• Friday, October 23rd - Homecoming Day! - Dress Theme: “Stallion Spirit Day”! Wear Your Providence School Spirit-Wear or Your Providence School Team Apparel and show Your School Colors, Your School Pride, and Your Radical School Spirit!
  • “Homecoming Pep Rally" - All Middle School and High School Faculty/Staff and Students will report to the Providence Gymnasium beginning at 11:00 am!
  • The “Stallions Stampede Tailgating Spectacular” - Beginning at 6:00 pm near the Providence Practice Field!
  • “Homecoming Alumni/VIP Reception” - Beginning at 7:00 pm next to the Providence Football Field!
  • “Homecoming Football Game” - Beginning at 7:30 pm in the Providence Stallions Stadium!
  • “Homecoming Celebration and Coronation” - Special Presentation of the Homecoming Court and the Royal Coronation of the Homecoming King and Queen!  During the special half-time show!

LET’S  GO  STALLIONS!!!!!

Important Note:

During Homecoming Week, all students must choose to dress according to the designated dress theme for the day or to wear their school uniform.
