Principal Susan Dyer
Susan K. Dyer is the Lower School Principal of Providence School and brings her vision of commitment to excellence through the development of lifelong learners. She believes individuals can contribute to society as a result of a quality educational experience; therefore, it is important to respect, to motivate and to maximize learning opportunities and capabilities of all learners to prepare them for the challenges in life.
Ms. Dyer has been actively involved in education for over thirty years as a teacher, administrator, author, program developer, university instructor and student. She holds three degrees in Elementary Education and Educational leadership. As a classroom teacher, she taught grades two through five and in New York, Vermont and Maine. She designed, modeled and implemented a gifted program for five schools. She founded and supervised various clubs, fund raising and projects to connect and to enhance communication and learning opportunities with schools and community. Ms. Dyer has served in various churches in the Helps Ministry, Director and Teacher of VBS and Sunday School, Children's Church Leader, Author of Children's Church Curriculum, "Mustard Seed" and is presently ordained as a Teacher/Speaker for various ladies meetings.
Ms. Dyer has two children and seven grandchildren in full time ministry.
Vice Principal Cindy Ramski
Cynthia A. Ramski is the Lower School Vice Principal and has dedicated herself to helping every child attain their maximum learning potential by addressing their individual needs. She believes that students learn best when teachers adapt their teaching methods to address each individual's unique learning style. Throughout her career in education, she has used this approach to help children use their God-given talents to become the leaders He has destined them to be.
Ms. Ramski brings twenty-five years of experience in Christian education to her position at Providence School. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida, her Master's Degree in Christian Education from Miami Christian University, and her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. During her years of service in Christian education, she has worked as administrator, teacher, and counselor at various Christian schools in Florida. She has played a key role in the development of individualized learning programs and has been a featured lecturer at numerous meetings and workshops on learning styles, elementary education, and educational reform. She holds memberships in Pi Lambda Theta, ASCD, the Child Development Education Alliance, and is listed among Who's Who in American Women.
She has served in full-time Christian ministry for over twenty years. Ms. Ramski has acted as Christian counselor, Women's meeting speaker, Director of Girls' Dance Ministry, Sunday School trainer and teacher, Home Bible Study leader, Hospitality Coordinator, and prayer intercessor.
Ms. Ramski has two sons, a married daughter and a granddaughter.
