Sue Rausch

Mrs. Sue Rausch teaches English 8 and exploratory drama and is the Eighth grade Team Leader. She has also taught English Honors III, French I-IV, Drama I-IV, and Speech. She also directed and produced the school musicals for five years.  Mrs. Rausch received her BA in Education from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she studied English and French. She has taught at Providence for 13 years with a total of 25 years of teaching experience. Mrs. Rausch is an active member of the National Council of Teachers of English and the American Fitness Association of America. She had the honor of receiving the Providence Teacher of the Year award in 2006. In her spare time, Mrs. Rausch enjoys reading, solving crossword puzzles, teaching her fitness classes, and spending time with her husband of 28 years and her two sons.
