
Providence School has partnered with Sage Dining Services to provide fresh-cooked meals for your children. In order for your children to purchase food, you will need to set up a pre-paid account with Sage Dining. This process takes up to two business days, so your children will likely need to pack a lunch in the meantime.
You may go ahead and set up your student’s account using their student ID numbers, which can be obtained from the school office. There is a $50 minimum deposit on the account. Once an account is established, future deposits will generally go in within 24 hours. You may also pay by check directly to the dining hall after setting up an account. The minimum check amount is $25.
Food costs can vary depending on the meal and optional items. There is a meal deal every day for $4.95 (containing entree, side and drink), so students can eat for around $5 per day. Items a la carte may vary.
If you would like to eat with your student on occasion, you may eat using your child's card. You will be able to manage the cards for your entire family from a single account. The minimum deposit may be spread over several cards, as long as it totals to $50.
As faculty, you can register with your ID card. You will be able to manage the cards for your entire family from a single account. The minimum deposit may be spread over several cards, as long as it totals to $50. If you have already registered your students, but have not included yourself, use the registration system and enter the same information you used to register your children and add the number of additional cards you would like to register.
You may register your ID card with the dining services. You can log in and manage your account at any time.
