High School

High School GirlsProvidence High School educates students in grades 9 through 12. Students are challenged academically, nurtured spiritually and enriched socially. Although the focus of our academic program is college preparatory, our admission process allows us to accept average students who demonstrate promise, as well as traditional academically motivated students with proven ability. The common characteristic of Providence students is enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.

High School GuysThe admissions committee evaluates each application on the basis of previous school records, entrance examinations, recommendation letters, as well as the family interview with the Upper School Principal. All students applying for admission in grades 6-12 must complete the entrance exam, which is standardized and measures four areas of academic development: verbal comprehension, quantitative comprehension, verbal reasoning, and quantitative reasoning, and complete the application packet, including all necessary documentation.

Prospective students and their parents are invited to visit the school and tour the campus. To schedule a visit please call the Admissions Office at (904) 223-5270 x 2117 and speak with Mrs. Linda Gullakson or email her at lgullakson@prov.org
