Bible 9 Description
To develop character and maturity in "the inner man"; to be more concerned with what one is and not what ones does; to share Christ's attitudes; and, to develop spiritual leadership qualities. The content includes, but is not limited to, the following: Character Quest: lessons designed to motivate students to desire and attain positive, Godly character traits as essentials for success in life.
Each student-friendly book allows many student interactions with lessons on love, wisdom, responsibility, faith, humility, confidence, prayer, etc. Proverbs, the book of the Bible originally written to instill wisdom in young teens preparing for adulthood, has much to say on applying these character traits equaling successful Christian living.
The Proverb's Teacher Resource will be used to supplement the Character Quest course. The Who Am I? student journal helps students discover their personal worth in Christ. In a society rampant with peer-pressure, secular education, and diminishing family values it is vitally important to educate students with a Biblical concept of self-esteem. This journal allows for student interaction and personal growth. This is to be used one per semester and one to two class periods per week as a supplement to the texts above.

Bible 10-Old Testament Description
This course uses a college level text which surveys the Old Testament by focusing its primary attention on the purpose and message of each book while at the same time attempting to show how the literary structure of each book has been used to accomplish the author's purpose.
The First Family Tree journal is a personal Bible study of the Book of Genesis, focussing on the important lessons contained in Genesis. In a student-friendly format, the journal challenges students to develop spiritual discipline and important skills needed for effective Bible study. This is to be used for one semester as a supplement to the above text.

Bible 11-New Testament Description
The course uses a college level text which surveys the New Testament. It has a new design and format, many new photos, improved maps, an updated bibliography, and a very readable style in a book by book study of the New Testament.
Done Deal is a student Bible study journal that is designed to positively transform the way students look at themselves, at God, and at their relationship to God. Each lesson is a journey through the hearts and minds of students as they interact with the text and through God's Word as they get to see His mind and heart on the subject. It is a supplement to the New Testament Survey Class in that it practically applies Christ's death, resurrection and message to each student.

Bible 12-Social/Family Relationships Description
This course helps to prepare the Senior Class for the challenges it faces after graduation. It includes, but is not limited to the following: Understanding The Times focuses on four fundamental world-views of Western Civilization: Marxism/Leninism, Secular Humanism, Cosmic Humanism, and Biblical Christianity."
The purpose of this course is to prepare seniors for survival in a secular environment, successfully embracing Biblical values and principles amidst challenging worldviews and beliefs. Out of the Moral Maze is an inter-active workbook in which the student is challenged to live ethically and morally, even in a non-conducive environment. The purpose of this course is to instill a value system that is based on the absolute truth of the Bible.
This is a collegiate-level course on ethics. Life on the Edge empowers students to deal with the specific and essential issues which high school seniors face emerging into the college atmosphere. The purpose of this book and teaching resources is to supplement our study, and to partner with the Josh McDowell series.
No Turning Back? & Never Be The Same journals focus on the elements of becoming a disciple of Jesus. In a student-friendly format, each challenge students to honestly and boldly live out their faith in their daily lives. This is to be used one per semester, and one to two class periods per week as a supplement to the texts above.
