Graduation Ceremony Info
In order to comply with government regulations on gatherings in large venues, masks will be worn during the ceremony. You do not need physical tickets or to register in advance. The doors will open at 9:00 a.m. If you have disabilities or concerns regarding going up steps, please email mgray@prov.org with your concerns.
Yes. There will be live streaming during the ceremony. A link will be put up the morning of the ceremony.
If you have a family member with limited mobility or with a need for a wheelchair space, please email cbaker@prov.org. Masks will be provided for each person entering the sanctuary and we ask that they are worn for the duration of the ceremony. Hand sanitizer will be available as families enter and exit.
The graduates should arrive in the Providence Barfield Gymnasium between 9:00 – 9:15 a.m.
The graduates will sit together as a class. They will wear masks but will be allowed to walk across the stage and take their diploma photo unmasked. Students will be provided with hand sanitizer before and after walking on stage.

Our 2021 graduates have worked hard for this milestone, and they deserve to be recognized for all they have achieved. Despite challenges, these incredible students have proven themselves to be boldly Christian and unquestionably academic. Throughout the coming weeks and beyond, this page will serve as center stage for videos, photos, and other stories that show their amazing courage. We salute the Class of 2021.
