Senior Year Overview
Congratulations, Class of 2022! All of the important dates and information regarding events for the Senior class will be posted on this page for your convenience. Parents and students will receive emails from the Senior Class Advisor, Mrs. Cheryl Hughes.
Cost: $275 Due July 17, 2020
Location: Epworth by the Sea – St. Simon’s Island, Ga.
Depart on Wednesday at 12:30 pm. Return to Providence on Friday around 3:00 pm. Price includes Transportation, accommodations,7 meals, snacks, ropes course. Class bonding as well as spiritual emphasis.
Senior Photos (All Seniors) Attention Seniors and Senior Parents: Now is the time to schedule your Senior Portrait Sessions through Cady Studios. Every Senior must have a cap and gown picture through Cady Studios. This is the photo that will be used during graduation and in the yearbook. Please make an appointment this summer.
Senior Polo, Class, Powderpuff, and Parent Shirts
This includes a Senior polo, class shirt, retreat shirt, powder-puff shirt, and signature shirt. Additional polos can be purchased for $40 a piece. Parent T-shirts can be purchased for an additional $12.
Baby & Lifer Photos (All Seniors) Please send your baby and lifer (Kindergarten cap and gown or yearbook photo) photos in by October 1, 2022.

Senior Retreat
August 11 – 13, 2021
North Florida Christian Camp
Keystone Heights, FL
Cost: $225
This year’s Senior Retreat will be held Retreat at North Florida Christian Camp. Students should expect a great couple of days bonding and preparing for the Senior year. We will be working on unity as a class, strengthening their friendships with each other, their parents, and the Lord as we enjoy the sun, lake, and challenge courses. Documents Needed: Copy of insurance card
Cost: $175 (approximately) Due in February
Location: Universal Studios
Leave school around 2:45 pm for Universal Studios. Return to Providence approximately at
5:00 am the next day. Price includes transportation, dinner, and unlimited use of both parks at Universal Studios.
Cost: $1,800 (approximately)
All payments made through travel agency. More details to come.
