Mrs. Popp’s fifth grade science students had a “blast” launching model rockets during “Rocket Launch Day” this week. Students had the opportunity to build and launch their own Estes model rocket as part of our unit on Flight and Rocketry. This year we had high school physics students join us to gather flight data off our rocket altimeters.
