COVID Update
We currently have 4 Covid-19 positive cases. Please refer to the Covid-19 informational page for helpful information regarding school protocols. Please remember that students who have been quarantined are REQUIRED to turn in their log sheets to the nurses or email it to nurse@prov.org in order to return to campus. If the log sheets are not turned in then the student is pulled from class to retrieve the documentation or the parent is called. Please pack an extra mask in your child’s backpack in the event theirs is soiled, lost, or broken. Most of the community Covid-19 cases are presenting as head colds, without fevers so please be vigilant about staying home when feeling ill.

NBA Basketball Star, Chris Herren Speaks in Chapel
Chris Herren, former professional basketball player, spoke on the topic of substance use prevention this week.  He has a powerful testimony of restoration and freedom from addiction to alcohol and drugs, which he shared with our students.  As we listened to him share the story of his life, it was very informative to hear how “the beginning” of his struggle occurred very innocently through young teen experimentation with alcohol and smoking, which eventually led to full addiction to extremely dangerous illegal and legal substances. You may find his story at https://herrentalks.com/ to hear more about him. An ESPN 30 for 30 was also produced about his story.   Learn More.
