Election Day is Next Week
Next week, Tuesday, November 3, is Election Day. We would love to make that day a Dress Down – RED, WHITE, and BLUE day at Providence. Students should not wear clothing supporting either candidate or party. Instead, we ask students to wear our nation’s colors in support of our political process. Next week, no matter which candidate is selected to be our next President of the United States, Jesus Christ is still on His throne. He tells us in Daniel 2:21 that God sets up kings and deposes them. No matter who our next President is, God does not change. We ask that you discuss this with your child/ren and let them know even if your candidate is not the next President of the United States of America, God is still on the throne. The sun will rise, and the tide will turn the day after the election.
Thank you for speaking calmness into our Providence community and for partnering with us during this pandemic, election, and the social justice issues that are occurring in our country. Thank you for Loving God & Loving People!

We will collect new toys and/or love offerings in Chapel on November 12 for middle/high school and November 13 for lower school. More information will be sent in the next few weeks. Thank you in advance for partnering with us in this opportunity to love God by loving others!
