Stallion Servant Leaders is a development program built on an upside-down view of leadership: not status, influence, or being in charge, but humble service that looks like Jesus. Through biblical formation, practical leadership training, mentorship, and service, students are encouraged to discover and develop their God-given gifts and use them to serve others for God’s glory. Stallion Servant Leaders is Providence School’s ACSI Student Leadership Institute for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. This leadership development program is designed to help students grow as Christ-centered servant leaders.

Core Principles
Stallion Servant Leaders is built around four core principles that guide students toward Christ-centered leadership:
Abiding in Christ shapes identity by helping students understand who they are and whose they are before considering what they do.
Engaging the Culture shapes students’ witness by equipping them to proclaim truth with courage while demonstrating the love of Christ.
Serving Others Above Self shapes the heart by teaching students to serve with humility and seek to honor Christ rather than pursue recognition.
Serving in the Local Church develops faithfulness by challenging students to recognize what God has entrusted to them and intentionally use their gifts to serve others.
Together, these principles help students grow in identity, witness, humility, and faithfulness as they learn to lead and serve for God’s glory.
