Storehouse Outreach
Opportunities
The Storehouse, located on the south entrance of our campus, is a ministry of New Life Christian Fellowship.
The mission of The Storehouse is to be a lighthouse of hope for the local community to access during leaner times. A Storehouse building filled with practical resources (clothing, furniture, toys, etc.) to access and freely give to the community as needs arise.
The items at The Storehouse are completely free. We have appointments every 15 min, every week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 2pm-6pm. We have helped over 300 families since we have been open in November. We are set up like a store so our guests have the dignity of “shopping” although there is no money involved. We have heard heartbreaking stories of family situations that are in desperate need. We have been able to get furniture to families sleeping on the floor. Single moms have been able to get clothing, toys and baby items for their children. This ministry has been a huge blessing to so many.
Donate: The Storehouse is always in need of furniture, household items, baby items and clothing. Please consider donating to The Storehouse. We are open for donations Mon, Tues, Thurs 2pm-6pm and the first Saturday of the month. We have made it super easy to swing into The Storehouse at after school pickup and our volunteers will unload your car. The items we desperately need are furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, kitchen items including pots and pans and baby items. We always will take clothing as well.
Volunteer: We welcome any and all volunteers. Our Volunteer times are Mon, Tues, Thurs 2pm-6pm and the first Saturday of the month 9am-12pm. You don’t have to sign up, just show up. This is also a great way for any students to earn volunteer hours.
