5th Grade Jacksonville Bridges Project

Our 5th graders had a visit from Providence alumni, Hampton Ray, to kick off the beginning of their Bridges of Jacksonville project! Mr. Ray brought with him his years of expertise working with FDOT on various bridge projects and gave students great insight into how our city’s bridges came to be. Thank you, Mr. Ray! The students will be putting their engineering and research skills to use in the STEAM Studio and Media Center to construct a mini replica of one of the bridges of Jacksonville. We can’t wait to see the finished projects!
