The Program

Whether a seasoned wrestler or a newcomer who has never competed, the strength of the Providence wrestling program continues to grow. Our program develops athletes in physical strength, flexibility, self-confidence, and self-discipline. We also emphasize our athlete’s mental strength in order for them to accomplish their goals.
