Audiences will be transported to an enchanting world full of creative costumes, charismatic characters, and the iconic songs “Gaston,” “Belle,” “Beauty and The Beast” and “Be Our Guest.” Cheer on the heroic beauty Belle, as she bravely enters the Beast’s enchanted castle to save her father. And we all know where the tale goes from there – the Beauty and the Beast’s unlikely friendship blossoms, while magic fills the air with dancing flatware, singing candlesticks, talking clocks and a lonely transformed prince who discovers the gift of true love. Audition Info

We are very excited to have this final opportunity to perform an iconic musical before the rights go back into the vault on December 31, 2024.

Auditions are open to all 6th through 12th grade students and will be held on August 12th and 13th. (Students will be able to sign up for a 10-minute audition appointment once the sheets are posted on the choir room door.) Click on the Audition Packet link and it will take you to a google drive that contains several documents that will provide you the information you will need for the audition.

You need to print out and bring two copies of the audition form and a signed copy of the acknowledgement form.

You should be prepared to sing one of the suggested songs for the role which you are auditioning. (available on the google drive)

You will be asked to sing a portion of that song not necessarily the whole song.

This is a 10 minute audition during the school day.

Call Backs will be held on Wednesday, August 14th from 3pm-5pm.

It is here that you will be asked to read scenes together (suggested scenes are listed on the same form as suggested songs)

Being called to call backs does not guarantee you a part. In like manner, not being asked to attend call backs does not necessarily indicate that you aren’t getting a part.

Results will be posted Thursday, August 15th and the first rehearsal will be Saturday, August 17th.

I always cast who is best for any given part, but parts are limited and not everyone will be cast in the show.
