Graduation Ceremony

We are excited to announce that we have a date for graduation! Graduation will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 10:00 am. We know that this has been a very difficult semester for our Seniors, so we are so glad that we are going to be able to celebrate them with a live graduation ceremony! We are going to make the ceremony as close to normal as possible while following government recommendations for safety.

Is Graduation open to the public?

In order to comply with government regulations on gatherings in large venues, we are going to have to implement some precautions. Each family will be permitted 4 guests in addition to their graduate. You do not need physical tickets or to register in advance, but each graduate and family will check in together at the front of the sanctuary upon arrival.

Can we watch the ceremony online?

Yes. There will be live streaming during the ceremony. A link will be put up the morning of the ceremony.

What safety protocols will there be?

Each family will be assigned seating that is 6 feet from other families. Families will be given additional information as we finalize seating arrangements in the coming weeks. If you have a family member with limited mobility or with a need for a wheelchair space, please email cbaker@prov.org. Masks will be provided for each person entering the sanctuary and we ask that they are worn for the duration of the ceremony.  Hand sanitizer will be available as families enter and exit.  The sanctuary has been sanitized for the safety of our graduates and their immediate family.

Our 2020 graduates have worked hard for this milestone, and they deserve the opportunity to pause and be recognized for all they have achieved. Our graduates will go down in history as one of our school’s most resilient, adaptable, and empathetic group of seniors. Despite the challenges of their senior year, these incredible students risen to the occasion and have proven themselves to be boldy Christian and unquestionably academic. Throughout the coming weeks and beyond, this page will serve as center stage for videos, photos, and other stories that show their amazing courage.  We applaud the Class of 2020.
