When does a school become more than just a school? When parents get involved because they believe in our school. Providence partners with our parents and value their input. The relationship between our parents, faculty, students, and administrators is strong. There are many ways to get involved and we hope you’ll join the PTP, Parent Council, Room Moms and many other opportunities. By finding meaningful, rewarding ways to share their time and talents, our parents find their place to belong at Providence and develop friendships that last long after your children have graduated.
The PTP is the Parent Teacher Partnership at Providence. This is a board of parents working with administration and parents to organize special events throughout the year. PTP is responsible for the BooHoo Breakfast, Used Uniform Sale, Fall Festival, and Teacher Appreciation Week as well as other events throughout the year. The PTP Board relies on student and parent volunteers to accomplish many of these amazing events. IF you would like to join the PTP volunteer list, please send your contact information to providenceptp@gmail.com. If you have a high school student who would like to volunteer, you will receive signup information via Parent Council; as opportunities arise. We look forward to partnering with you!
The Parent Council is an important group who acts as ambassadors for Providence School. Parents Council members provide Providence School with assistance by studying issues, offering support, and acting as liaisons between the parent body and administration on key issues for our school. Members serve as representatives for various grade levels to prospective Providence School students and families and make future Stallions feel welcomed into the Providence family.
