Seniors Celebrate Final Days @theProv!

COVID Update
We currently have two Covid-19 positive case.  While we are continuing our current mask policy through the end of the 20-21 school year, masks will be optional at our Summer Camps. The memorial service for Mr. Larry was held on Monday at 4:00 p.m. in the New Life Sanctuary to a large audience.  We appreciate everyone’s support of his wife Helen during this time and ask that you continue to keep Mr. Larry’s family in your prayers. 2021 Uniform Drop Off
If you would like to donate or sell your uniforms, PTP will be collecting uniforms on May 26th and May 27th, 7:30 am – 9:00 am in front of the gym. Please fill out the item sheet and attach tags to ALL items of clothing.  The 2021 Used Uniform Sale will be held this summer.  

2021 Teacher Appreciation
As we close out Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to once again thank our teachers who have done an amazing job this year! Our teachers are truly superheroes in every sense of the word. Mrs. Walker Wins Teacher of the Week
Congratulations to third grade teacher, Mrs. Walker, on being named First Coast News Teacher of the Week.

2021 Father Daughter Dance
Providence’s Father Daughter Dance was on Saturday, April 24th.    The Fiesta-themed dance featured a South-of-the-Border style dessert with dancing, limbo line, and more!  There was a special guest appearance by the Middle School dance team and a great time was had by all who attended.

Dance Auditions
Dance Company Auditions will take place next week with choreography on May 12th from 2:45-4:45 and judging on May 13th from 3:30-5:30 p.m.  

Chorale Spring Concert “The Journey”
On Saturday, May 1, join the award-winning Providence Chorale presented their spring concert, The Journey.  The evening featured beautiful selections describing the exciting journey we all take as children through adulthood, and beyond.  These will include life, love, loss, joy and hope.    Learn More.

2020-21 Academic Awards Chapel
Providence held the annual Academic Awards Chapel on Thursday, April 29th. The academic awards are given annually to recognize students with outstanding Math, Science, English, Social Sciences, Bible, and Athletic achievements. The recipients of the Athlete of the Year awards went to Abigail Snyder and Evan Novak.  Rodgers Miller received an award for being commended through the National Merit program.  Congratulations to all of our students and a complete list of the awards, photo gallery, and video are on the webpage.  Learn More.

2021 Spring Band Concert
The Providence Band would like to say a very special thanks once again to our parents, grandparents, and all fans of the band who supported our program this year. Another instrument has been purchased for our Middle School and High School band students through your support! Our Drum Set has arrived and is already being enjoyed! 21st Annual Dance Performance
Providence held the 2021 Dance Performance last week and it featured several testimonies through dance.  Congratulations to the all of our dancers on a job well done.  Also, a great big thank you to our director, Mrs. Jessica Gartner, and assistant dance teachers, who once again brought us an unforgettable evening of dance.

2021 Graduation Ceremony
We are all looking forward to 2021 Graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 10 AM. Since we continue to observe COVID-19 protocols, this page will share prudent information to help set expectations and share more details. Providence is glad that we are going to be able to celebrate the Class of 2021 with a live graduation ceremony! We are going to make the ceremony as close to normal as possible while following government recommendations for safety.

Community Service Hours
Take some initiative and try to find meaningful opportunities to serve. Providence students are required to complete 25 hours of community service each year. Students must have a total of 75 by the end of their junior year with the remaining 25 hours due by the Christmas break of their senior year. Hours earned during the summer will count towards the following school year. Learn More.

Girls & Boys Track and Field Head to State
Congrats to the girls and boys track team on their great finish at Regionals!  The State meet will take place today at UNF.  Go Stallions!
