Day of Impact at Providence

img 9641

April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. On Monday, our high school students heard from local doctors, law enforcement, and emergency responders from Baptist Health and other organizations about the dangers of distracted driving. They also experienced the LifeFlight demonstration, which included a live helicopter landing and a simulated rescue on campus. Action News Jax aired the story later that day. https://bit.ly/4eKJfWq

Middle school students participated in two impactful sessions, including a vaping prevention presentation from the Hanley Foundation and an alumni panel encouraging students to grow in their faith and relationships now.

It was a powerful and meaningful day for our students.
