Boys Basketball Ends with 25-5 Record

With a 25-5 record and a District Championship, this 2021-2022 season has put the Providence basketball program back on the map as one of the top teams in Florida. This year the team was led by the two team captains, Raheem Taplin and Mason Lee, along with an exciting group of sophomore talent that will help elevate this program to the next level. The Stallions made it to the FHSAA 3A Regional final game ranked as the #1 team and lost by only 3 points. It was an incredibly exciting year, even when fighting through injuries and faced with adversity, these players lifted each other up and cultivated a culture of togetherness. The Stallions are excited for the future of this program and the younger players working hard to continue to get better with our sights set on a State Title in the upcoming years. We will truly miss our senior, Raheem Taplin, but we are excited for his future and what he will go on to achieve on and off the court.
